Reading and Writing Foundations -- Online
Virtual One-on-One expertise in building important foundational reading and writing skills. I specialize in nurturing young learners' reading and writing skills through personalized tutoring sessions. I am skilled at creating a supportive and engaging online learning environment, tailored to each child's unique needs.
For beginning learners, I build foundational knowledge with the Science of Reading and Orton-Gillingham approaches.
For young learners, regular yet short (30 minute) virtual lessons can be very effective as they offer more opportunities for practice through games, shared reading, and personalized activities while building their stamina. Although many of us parents want to limit screen time, the right online tools really do capture and hold children’s attention!

Homeschool Program / Learning Pod
I have had the unique opportunity to serve as both a teacher and learning guide for students learning outside of traditional classroom settings. I work with students in grades K–5 and can use your provided curriculum or offer my own, which aligns with state standards and emphasizes project- and inquiry-based learning. Let's make the most of your child's educational experience and keep the parent/child relationship thriving.

Study Buddies
Transform homework or tutoring time into a productive and fun learning experience! Sessions are available in-person or online for up to four students of similar age or skill level. Support is offered in reading, writing, K–5 math, book club, and hands-on, age-appropriate STEAM projects that spark curiosity and creativity.

One-on-one personalized support for your elementary school learner. Centered on inquiry and exploration, these tutoring sessions guide students to investigate problems holistically. Rather than focusing solely on answers, students develop a deep understanding of the underlying concepts and processes that drive mathematical reasoning.
