Refund Policy

Tutoring Appointment Refund Policy (Online & In-Person)

I value your time and mine. To ensure a smooth and respectful scheduling process for all students, the following refund policy applies to all tutoring appointments:

  • Cancellations with 12+ Hours Notice:
    If you need to cancel or reschedule your tutoring session, please do so at least 12 hours in advance to receive a full refund or to reschedule at no additional cost.

  • Cancellations with Less Than 12 Hours Notice:
    Sessions canceled less than 12 hours before the scheduled time are not eligible for a refund. This includes no-shows.

  • Rescheduling:
    Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 12 hours’ notice. Late rescheduling (less than 12 hours in advance) is treated as a cancellation and is not refundable.

  • How to Cancel or Reschedule:
    Please contact me directly via email or reschedule on via calendly to make any changes to your appointment.
